PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items have a [PRE-ORDER] label in the product title. These items will need time to be produced, packaged, and shipped. Please allow 2-4 weeks after the pre-order deadline has passed for production and fulfillment. If there are any delays or updates, an email will be sent.

SHIPPING

All orders have a processing time of 7 business days and come with tracking. Delivery times are dependent on the type of shipping you select, and the processing times of the shipping carrier that is out of my control. Once the order has been shipped, I have no control over your order. If there are any complications with your delivery, please contact your postal office/shipping carrier for more information.

REFUNDS

We DO NOT ACCEPT any refunds unless it is a product defect. If there are any issues with your order, please contact cozytika@gmail.com with your order number and evidence/reasoning for an exchange and/or refund request. All requests are to be made within 5 days of delivery to be valid.
